I require a child theme for a Classipress deployment that will be a holiday property rental portal exclusive to the french market.
This is a mass audience site so clean/simple should be the design driver – think amazon.com not smashing magazine!

I understand neither site is WordPress but they illustrate the two market leaders.

Requirements:
Front page slider
960px wide + white background
Solid colour/picture chanageable body background
No rounded corners
Look and feel should be ‘clean’ (this is a mass audience site)
remove header search box

Listing page:
Description at top
Pictures in grid below 4 across with shadowbox or similiar
Google map in listing not sidebar
Contact details at bottom of listing not sidebar
