We would like to use wordpress to build a consumer complaints website, where users file a complaint about a certain service or product.

So, the most important things are:
Allow registered users to file a complaint (a complaint would have several fields like the company name, the category, the sub-category, the complaint text and some other fields)
Allow registered companies to reply
Allow stats: companies with more complains, companies that answer faster, companies that answer slower, companies with more complaints, with less complaints etc
Allow the change of the complaint status: answered, not answered, solved, not solved
Once a complaint is filed, the company needs to receive an email with such complaint, allowing them to answer in a certain period of time.
I am thinking about using wordpress 3 with buddy press and also Bbforum, but not sure how the reports part, the core of the site, could be built.
So, I would need a company or freelancer with a good idea about how to build this part of the site. Customizing an existing plugin, like a review and/or directory plugin, build a new specific, plugin?
